It is located in the municipality of San Jacinto Amilpas, which is 20 minutes from downtown Oaxaca, 10 minutes from the Santa María Atzompa handicraft market (a town known for its clay crafts), 10 minutes from Monte Albán and the Guelaguetza auditorium. The apartment is located on a very quiet street, so it is great to rest free from city noise. You can access the upper part where the laundry area is located and on the ground floor you will have access to the parking lot in which there is 1 reserved space in case the guest brings a car, as an additional space you can access the patio, you only have to ask for it if so you want it. It is an excellent option to live in a place close to the center of the city but without the hustle and bustle of downtown streets. We include hot water and internet via wifi in the service. The apartment does not share spaces, it is totally independent so you will have total privacy. Guests have access to the parking lot to the stairwell where cleaning utensils are stored and garbage is deposited in a container. If you need to use the washing machine, we can also provide access to this service at an additional cost. We live on the top floor in one of the 4 apartments so we are always on the lookout for any need that may arise for our guests. There are places around to enjoy Oaxacan food, this area is famous for the various diners that make the so traditional Tlayuda, laundry, miscellaneous and 5 minutes (by motorcycle taxi) is the "Plaza Bella" shopping center. And if you don't want to cook, you can order food through the delivery service platforms. The department can be reached by collective taxi and mototaxi; There is also a bus but I consider it to be somewhat slow. A great advantage of the department's location is that from this part of the city you can access different public transport with different routes and directions to the city center.
