With an open layout, this cottage comfortable sleeps 8 with 4brs, one king, two queens and a bunk bed. Fully equipped kitchen and new bathroom completes the luxury. The entire cottage is available for guests - enjoy the cottage, decks and fire pit year round. Swim, ski or snowmobile right from the front yard. Parking in the driveway and pad only-not on the grass. Covid-19 update; In the event that travel restrictions or quarantine are still in effect if you are ill leading up to your reservation, we will be offering full refunds minus Airbnb fees. Rates are for up to 6 guests. $25/night per additional guest over 6 up to a max of 8 guests. Dogs by request only - $25/night. The cleaning fee includes two hours of cleaning. If the house requires more than two hours, there will be an extra charge of $25/hr for additional cleaning. There is well water in the house and also a water dispenser in the event you want to bring your own water. There is a septic tank/field for water and waste. Please be conscious of conserving water. If you smell septic or draining slows down, please contact me immediately. Please note there is no wifi or air conditioning.
