The price will be determined by the type of activity that the guest will celebrate. The house has a spacious living room, a dinning room, kitchen, six bedrooms (it comfortably fit 16 people), four bathrooms, beautiful swimming pool, large activity room besides the pool, well kept garden and parking space. The property is located a few minutes away from Hallows Beach, a surfers paradise and one of the best surfing beaches in Puerto Rico. The Prime Outlets of Barceloneta where you can find restaurants, cinemas and many brand name stores are nearby. Short distance to the Arecibo's Observatory, the Indian Cave in Arecibo and the Camuy's Cave which are famous tourist attractions. I will be in direct contact with the guests by phone and email. A person in charged of the cleaning and maintenance will be available at all times. It is very quiet neighborhood. You will only hear the sound of the beach waves and the breeze. You will need a car. There is no public transportation.
