Residencia Palmas is a the perfect quiet place you can enjoy with your family or friends to relax and enjoy your vacations. It's located 15 minutes by car from downtown inside a private development with 24/7 security. 4 spacious bedrooms each one with private bathroom, walk-in closet, air conditioner/heating and security box, tv with cable service and top quality linens and towels. The residence has a private heated pool with solar panels, palapa, grill, bathroom and internal and external shower. All services are included: glasses, cups, dishes, towels, bed clothes, etc. It also has an additional room for the babysitters or drivers with private bathroom and closet. Additionally, there is a shared club house in the development with another heated pool, gym, movie theater and hall for events. This space offers service for all the residences. Our dining room seats 12 people, the living room has a chimney, the house has 2 wine storages (1 cold and 1 dry), an office so you can work or read, rooftop with living room, dining room, fridge, sink and bathroom where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets surrounded by mountains and a clear sky. Inside the house there is also a movie theater and living room/bar at the first floor. We offer crib and baby chair in case you come with a baby/toddler. We offer cleaning service and breakfast daily between 8 am and 10:30 am (this is optional, please let us know if you want us to provide the services, there is no extra charge).
