The Beach House

Welcome to the Beach House! The Beach House is a lovely place three blocks from the nearest beach. Enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee in the two-outdoor sitting areas, in front of the house, as you look at the ocean. In the backyard-patio is a roofed area with two hammocks for you to relax. This house is NOT pet friendly; however, there are baby iguanas in the backyard of the property; fortunately, they are very timid, you rarely will see them. Come and enjoy the beauty of the island! This is a 3 bed 2 bath pleasant home. Has a nice fully cement fenced and a good size backyard. You will find a kitchen, a laundry room, and bathrooms that have everything you need. You will notice that we have two front of house sitting areas to relax outside. We also have a nice patio with table chairs out back. Just 3 block walk to the beach. This is your home away from home. Feel free to use it all, kick back, relax and have fun! The parking is in a carport. PR 2 is less then 5 minutes from the house. PR 119 runs on the back side of property. There is fast food and restaurant's along with food stores all within walking from the house. The guest are more then welcome to call or text us at any time. We are more then happy to give information on things to do, where to get things like food medical. We are here to help you have a wonderful vacation. The beach is three blocks away, hospital and medical care, banks, restaurants, and professional offices a block away. The Beach House has a carport. We do not have public busing at this time. You will need to plan on walking or rent a car for your visit. We have trash pick up one time a week just never know what day of the week. The trash containers are in front of the home. We do have one door camera that is inside and covers only the door entry.
