NOTE: The house is temporarily under remodalation (the fence by the beach its been fixed) but its habitable, because of this the access to the beach is temporarily by the lateral side of the house. It has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room, luxury linens and beach towel kits, televisions and a/c. A full house natural sea breeze design. Provided with over expected electronics including: broadband internet access with wifi connection home coverage, local telephone and cable system TV. It is located at the shore of the beach and corners with the street, it is also near to a sea food kitchen and a shop where you can get supplies and drinks. The house also has a pool (4.5 feet/1.4 meters deep) in the back yard with its own wading pool. The back yard is also wide enpugh to play any sport. Guests are free and welcome to use any and all the areas of the house and the yard, they can also gather a coconut from one of the palms. Within the perimeter of the house there is a tool deposit room and a maiden house wich are only for access and use of the cleaning and maintenance staff. In case that you require guidence to reach the house from the airport, or any other kind of assistance I will be glad to help you in person or one of my trusted family members. We can assist you in person or by phone. The shore is a fishing zone where the fishermen share the beach with the local houses, commonly leaving their boats near. The sea is usually calm and beautiful , free of trash or seaweed. Some times if the sea is clear enough you can spot little fish. In case that you need transportation or supplies we have these options: 1.- We can rent a you a family car. 2.- We can offer you a serice wich includes a family car and a driver. 3.- We can buy and deliver a list of supplies to the house. On rain season we recommend you to bring mosquito repellent. Even if we are not on rain season. Also the sea currents become stronger so we recommend you awarness and precaution whenever near or bathing at the sea.
