Big furnished apartment downtown Oaxaca

The apartment downtown Oaxaca, is really away from the city noise but close to malls and some architectonic and touristic places of Oaxaca like Casa de la Cultura and La Merced market, there are several supplies store around the house, really calm neighborhood. The new terrace is perfect to have a drink, read a book, practice yoga and at Guelaguetza season you can watch the fireworks from it. On august the festivities of the neighborhood takes place, you will find at the fair many things to do. The apartment is completely independent, it has a living-room, dinner room, full kitchen, one full bathroom, two bedrooms and a TV room with a sofa bed. You will find a little gym, you can use my washing machine at the terrace. There are stairs to get to the apartment and the terrace too. I have a very friendly cat named "Chispa" so I cannot receive more pets. You can spend some quiet and relaxing time at the terrace. I live upstairs with my 3 year old son, I will be available for my guests most of the day, as I work in the trade on the ground floor of the building. Although I am also very aware of messages through this medium. There may be noise of children playing during the day, but at night from 9 pm my son goes to bed and there will be absolutely no noise at all. I turn off the hydropneumatic starting at 10pm and turn it on the next day at 7am (it just lowers the water pressure but does not affect the supply at all) I have a toddler son, so he can be really loudly some times, in occasions my siblings come to my house and we make a little noise but it wont last too long, we usually stay at the terrace. Some times my neighbor´s dogs are noisy too.
