Cozy & charming private room located in beautiful Westchester County New York! Enjoy feeling comfortable in a nice, quiet suburban area. Access to plenty of amenities that will make you feel right at home. Only 30 minutes north of Manhattan! The room is for a couple and a teenager or 3 adults that doesn’t mind sharing the same bed. Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this PRIVATE room located within a quiet, peaceful home. The room (on 3rd floor) has the capacity to fit up to 2 people (additional charge for an additional guest). Two full baths are on the 2nd and 1st floors. All my guests have access to plenty of space & amenities! Home includes PRIVATE DRIVEWAY which has the capacity to fit up to 5 SUV'S in total! A key box is available to facilitate convenient check-in and check-out **** Due to the spread of the new coronavirus, we are taking new measures to keep our guests safe. We are scheduling accommodation with an interval of 3 days between them. All rooms and common areas in the house undergo ozone sterilization between accommodations. A guest should not have to feel like a guest. Being able to access necessary amenities is a must, but to be able to have more than just the basics is a steal! Enjoy feeling right at home with a beautiful spacious kitchen, bathroom, and work space areas, all of which are accessible at your convenience for your private needs! Feel more than welcome to have your OWN guest spend a night too! *Use of the kitchen available except for the dishwasher. *Use of the sauna available at $20 Guests won't have to worry about spending their time in an awkward living situation. I am a very warm and welcoming person who is more than happy to help those staying with me to feel right at home! In addition, I frequently leave early in the morning and return in the middle of the day. Hawthorne is a peaceful suburban city located in Westchester County. Surrounded by quiet, peaceful neighbors, suburban paradise is what you will be able to find here. Peace and quiet is essential for a good nights rests as well as peace of mind. Metro North is 5 minutes walking distance. There are buses to White Plains only 4 blocks from the house. The driveway, fits up to 5 SUVs. When possible use the driveway and aim to keep cars off of the street. Pick up and drop off from and to airport are available for a fee of $80 one way. Due to liability, there is no personal use of the laundry facilities. Laundry will be done by the house assistant for a fee of $10; - Use of the kitchen available except for the dishwasher, - The house has a surveillance system.
