Boasting from both, country and beach setting, the house sits in a privileged location at El Cocal Country & Beach Club, a gated community in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico. Perfect for relaxing, this quiet community has private access to El Cocal beach, a mostly secluded beach strip away from crowds. This space is very special to us and has been in our family since 1970. It has witnessed and suffered from the ravages of both hurricane Georges and Maria, after which we have had to rebuild with much love and care. Guests will enjoy a very quiet and relaxing stay in a recently refurbished house, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The house is a a concrete structure with wood ceilings. The same has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining and lounging areas. Perhaps the best feature is its spacious front porch, which spans the entire width of the façade and faces South with a full ocean view. The house also has a back porch which faces the mountains towards the interior of the island. Guests get to access the entire property. Owners will be available for assistance on an as needed basis. Located on Barrio Camino Nuevo in Yabucoa, El Cocal Country & Beach Club is a small, gated, beach front community with both, permanent residents and second-home owners. The community is very quiet and private. Car is a must to get to and around the area. Guests will be provided with a key to access El Cocal Beach. The property has a generator in case of power outage. Stove range and water heater run on gas.
