The Church Hall

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home has been converted from being an actual church hall to a year round tourist accommodation. Situated in the picturesque fishing village of Murray Harbour in the south east corner of Prince Edward Island ,the location is convenient to ferry travel to Nova Scotia and also only an hour from the ferry to the Magdalen Islands. Distant water view and just a few meters from the dock in one direction and a short walk to the Confederation Trail. Open concept living area, beautiful master en suite bedroom with queen bed and two small bedrooms with double beds. Kitchen is fully equipped . There are two flat screen TV's, one in the master suite and the other in the living area. New deck with a ramp added in May 2016. Guests have access to the entire property. Large parking area shared with Harbourview Restaurant next door. Owner lives close by so available 24/7. Murray Harbour is a fishing village, very scenic. Population around 300. There is a grocery store (Butler's) that has wine ,beer and spirits and a little of everything. There is a garage, one restaurant ( Harbourview Restaurant) ,a post office , library and community centre . There is a farmers market at the community centre on Saturday mornings. The Confederation Trail starts about 200 meters from the Church Hall. Perfect for bikes and hikes. The ferry to Nova Scotia is 20 minutes away. There are several sandy beaches 3-4 minutes away by car. Please search pointseastcoastaldrive for more information on our area. Please note that the hot water to the shower takes a while to make the trip. Plenty of it though once it gets there. There are kitchen utensils in a drawer in the bakers stand. If there is anything missing please let us know and we will get you one asap. The internet is fair so probably the place is not suited to persons needing fast internet for work purposes.
