This lake house is located on a quieter part of Pickwick Lake, perfect getaway for vacation of boating, swimming, sunning, spending quality time with family and friends. Relax on the spacious deck overlooking the lake, cook up some delicious food on the propane grill. No more than 10 people are allowed in this house! Sitting on the waters edge, perfect spot for a fun filled yet relaxing vacation! Come experience everything the Pickwick Lake area has to offer while staying in a lakefront house with panoramic views. Enjoy boating, fishing, the historic Mineral Springs Park and other historical sites, or just relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. This is a two level house featuring two decks, four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is a completely NEW kitchen which has everything for your convenience. The lower level is an open floor plan with living room/kitchen and a large dining table. Two of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors with views to the lake and access to the second level balcony. Three bedrooms have king sized beds and the fourth has two sets of bunk beds. Large 50 by 40 foot deck to enjoy the outdoor lake life like it’s meant to be lived. Enough room for dining or just hanging out with family and friends. Large dock for your boat, swimming, fishing or just lying in the sun. TV’s are located in the den and master bedroom. WIFI is provided with ROKU TV. House sleeps 10 guests. Pet Friendly with some restrictions This house is all yours for the duration of your visit The neighbors are all homeowners who have been there for years. They look out for one another and are very friendly and kind, however, please be respectful and do not trespass on others property and boat docks. The house is pet friendly with some restrictions. No more than 2 dogs allowed. You must bring the pet's bedding and a kennel if it is still a puppy. Dogs are not allowed upstairs in the beds. Keep them off all furniture and beds. Pick up the poop, do not leave in yard. No more than 12 guests allowed.
