Guests have full private access to the house, front yard and backyard. (Please note the home is not meant for parties, or large gatherings) special permission in some cases can be granted but must be authorized. Basement walkout is partially included. Occupied basement suite walkout is not included and is permanently separated from the above floors, with side only exterior access and is vacant for storage/owner use(no body lives in it permanently) Can access main and upper floors and part of the basement to go to pool room.
