Casa del Rio 3 is a relaxing and cozy 1 Studio apartment located at the foothills of the El Yunque Rainforest. We are located steps from the Rio Espiritu Santo where you can walk around the estate and enjoy views of the River, Rainforest and the beautiful nature. There are plenty of spaces for relax and enjoy the outdoors. Our unit is equipped with a full kitchen, AC, and WiFi. We are 30 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes from Route 66 and 15 minutes to Luquillo and The Outlets in Canovanas. Our unit is located in our family community within the Rio Espiritu Santo. A common area with a TV and seating is available for sharing with the host and other guests. Inside this area is the door that leads to the apartment. Gated access to the estate for privacy and safety. Outdoor gazebo and sitting areas throughout. *We have kayaks available for rent to use in the river.* If you are celebrating a special occasion please let us know how can we make your stay remarkable.
