Secluded Oceanfront Oasis

A cozy, rustic, private piece of heaven overlooking the Northumberland Straight located only 20 min from the Moncton Airport. This northern view can offer amazing sunsets and sunrises over a campfire or your morning coffee. The property features tall trees ,shade and privacy with few neighbors, unusual for an oceanfront property. It is common to see lots of bird wildlife, including blue herons and occasionally bald eagles. Because of the northern view, sunrise, sunsets and starry nights can be expected in clear weather. -Two kayaks, a one seat and a two seater. -A large wooded lot across the lane can be great for kids The owner or a designate will meet the guests upon check-in when possible. The owner works and resides in Moncton (25-30 minutes away) and also owns another cottage on the same lane. The owner speaks English and French, will read English & French but prefers to respond in English. Very few neighbours on the lane. The area is very private with the occasional sighting of a beach walker or kayaker. You will need to have your own vehicle to access the cottage, however bicycles will be available. There are a few board games and mind games that may challenge you, or just make you laugh. Gas Station, groceries/ liquor store are 3.5km away, two famous beaches (Parlee and Aboiteau) within 10 minute drive from the cottage. Several restaurants to be found in the nearby towns of Cap Pele and Shediac (10-12 minute drive).
