This fully furnished one bedroom suite is located on the 6th floor at Sackville and Market Streets - giving you stunning views of downtown Halifax, Citadel Hill and a peek at the harbour. Directly across the street from the brand new convention center, you are surrounded by shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, museums, and all of the energy that downtown Halifax has to offer. This suite features a large open concept living room and kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows let in lots of sunlight, tempting you to stay in. Should you decide to venture out, you're in the downtown core - with lots of restaurants, shops, and cafes just steps away. The queen-sized bed is equipped with a brand new, semi-firm mattress. The dining table has seating for 4 - plus a breakfast bar with seating for 2. The brand new kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. You will have control over the heating and AC. New front load washer and dryer inside the unit for your use. There is no parking at this building, but plenty of parking options in the area (and the convention centre has paid underground parking). Who needs parking when you're so close to everything! This space is great for anyone looking to experience the vibrant downtown core from your “home away from home.” I provide fresh linens, towels, and basic essentials upon your arrival along with netflix, and high-speed internet. You will not be provided with a parking spot but the Nova Centre parking lot is next door. Laundry machines are inside the unit. Help yourself to anything in the apartment and kitchen. It was all left here for you! I guarantee an absolutely private stay. No sharing, no disturbances. I am taking care of the property and will be happy to interact with you at any time throughout your stay. I am happy to tailor to all of your needs during your stay to make your trip to Halifax an unforgettable one. Just one street over from popular Argyle street which boasts some of the best restaurants, patios and nightlife in the city. Only a few blocks to the Historic Halifax Waterfront - You won’t need a car to experience Halifax from here! With the airport only 30 minutes away you couldn’t ask for more convenience than that! If you are looking to be taxied from the airport to your destination Halifax Airport Taxi and Limousine Service offers a flat rate of $63.00 and from your destination to the airport is a flat rate of $58.00. There is no parking provided but can be paid for from the convention center next door. This is a very quiet building and no partying is allowed. There is a TV in the unit, but no cable. There are surveillance cameras in the lobby as well as the hallways and there are noise detectors in the unit to prevent parties. This intended to be a quiet building. This unit is recommended for solo travelers, couples or families. *I am sorry to say there is no designated parking spot for this unit. There is however free parking on the street after 6 PM until 8 AM and free on weekends and holidays. There is also paid parking either at the garage across MEC, prices are around $10 from 11 pm - 8 am or Prince George Hotel Parking, which is around $24.00 per night.
