Welcome to Friendly Manitoba and our newly constructed 1144 sq ft home located in the heart of Matlock Manitoba. No need to trailer to the launch once you are here, there is lake access right out your front door. There is a $500 damage deposit required and will be returned promptly upon approved inspection. Please come an join us for a great ice fishing season and i may even be able to point you in the right direction on the ice. Thank you for looking at our home. Please be prepared to bring toiletries, bedding and towels, some basics will be supplied. All modern conveniences are available is the kitchen. Forced air electric heat and central air conditioning are included along with an inline HW tank that provides endless hot water. Heated 4 Season room off of the front is also avialable. Please no fish filleting inside the cabin.
