Located 1 block from Sunset Golf Course, this charming home is full of comfortable living spaces, including a walkout basement with a large bedroom and luxurious master bath with heated floors and a big bathtub. There's a hot tub out back, a ground-level deck and a smaller 2nd floor deck with beautiful views of the mountains. There's a modern kitchen with a gas fireplace, gas range, oven, and microwave. There’s a lovely dining room and family room too. The kitchen and breakfast nook flow into the family room, dining area, and sitting area. You'll have highspeed fiber internet and WiFi, and an Apple TV connected to the television in the family room so you can watch Netflix, YouTube, HBOGO and more. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, a laundry room, and a full bath, along with a second full bath just a few steps down from the main floor. The master bedroom is massive, with a big sitting area with fireplace beside the bedroom with a king bed. You get the entire home to yourself. There’s the main entrance at the front, and you can walk right out of the master bedroom to the backyard and hot tub. From the kitchen and dining nook you can walk out to the back patio through a sliding glass door and up the spiral staircase to the second floor patio. During your stay, co-hosts Gail and Alexandra will be available to answer any questions you have. Longmont is located in northeastern Boulder County and supports a thriving craft brewing industry as well as many recreational and travel-related businesses. Local breweries include two of the nation's largest craft brewers, Left Hand and Oskar Blues, as well as 300 Suns, Bootstrap, Collision, Großen Bart, Shoes & Brews, Pumphouse, and Wibby Brewing. To service the transportation needs of brewery patrons, the local Brew Hop Trolley offers a hop-on-hop-off brewery tour for a fixed price. The trolley, which is actually just a motorized vehicle, not an actual trolley, returns to each brewery on its route approximately every hour during its operating hours on weekends. Longmont is known for its 'maker' community and includes businesses such as Colorado Aromatics Skin Care, Magic Fairy Candles, Robin Chocolates and Haystack Mountain Cheese. The Saturday Farmers Market is a must-do as well. You’ll have access to the two car garage and the large driveway. There is plenty of street parking as well. And both Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in Longmont.
