Come enjoy our waterfront home on the scenic Calvert Cliffs. Relax by the water under mature shade trees. Take in beautiful Bay views in Adirondack chairs with stunning vistas. Photograph wildlife. Comfortable ½ mile walk to private community bay shoreline. Have breakfast in the yard while enjoying the sunrise. Stroll the community shoreline and explore fossil hunting, hike at nearby trails and enjoy dinner on Solomon’s Island. Then open the windows to listen to waves overnight. The suite is approximately 680 sft. of open space. There is no separate bedroom. Plenty of seating can be found in the open floor plan that includes a bedding area, living area, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. I am available anytime by phone, text or email. We’re in a quiet, safe neighborhood with views of the Chesapeake Bay from our cliffside yard. We also have a private community beach stretching a mile long. Please understand that this is not a beautiful, white sandy Caribbean beach, but a Maryland, natural Bay shoreline that experiences times of high tides. Bring your flip-flops and plan on getting wet! Guest parking available at the home. Walkable community with private community beach within 7-10 mins walk. Or drive and park in the gated lot. The town of St. Leonard is just 3 miles south on route 765. There you can find Fast Stop convenience store with gas, a Dollar Store, liquor store and a fairly large antique shop at the traffic circle. The nearest shops and fast food places are in Prince Frederick, about 7 miles away. More scenic and touristy restaurants are in Solomon's Island about 15 miles south. Chesapeake Bounty is a great place to pickup local produce about 5 miles south on route 765. To get to the private entrance there is a slight downhill walk going around the home. The path is through grass and perhaps not suitable for rolling luggage with small wheels. We’d be happy to help with any luggage you have while checking in and checking out.
