Includes 2 bedrooms-Queen bed in each, office, bathroom, large kitchen area with over-sized granite island, large living room. There are 2 flights of stairs to access unit on 2nd fl. Property has 2 other units, one is occupied by the owner. NO PETS NO PARTIES NO SMOKING NO CANDLES *NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12 As much as we love children...we wish to respect other guests who may be occupying the lower level unit, and prefer to enjoy a quiet relaxing getaway! This unit is NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 12 YEARS OF AGE - *NO PETS Full use of the apartment and access to parking. Parking is permitted for 2 Vehicles only. NO PARTIES NO SMOKING NO LARGE GATHERINGS OF MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE IN THE UNIT NO CANDLES NO PETS Parking is FREE. Located on the left side of the house. Public transportation is located at the bottom of the street. There is no SMOKING indoors. Smoking is ONLY permitted in the backyard or front yard. Please inform the host if you are expecting visitors during your stay. NO SMOKING NO CANDLES NO PETS NO PARTIES NO GATHERINGS The property does not allow large gatherings or parties. The unit capacity limit is 4 people MAX., as the accommodations are for a maximum of 4 guests. If pets and/or smoking is discovered in the (Website hidden by Airbnb) additional cleaning fee $TBD will be charged to the guests, as it clearly states in the rules NO PETS and NO SMOKING.
