Small Blessings - Great Neighborhood living

We are centrally located in Warwick and very close to restaurants, convenient/groceries stores, transportation routes and beaches. Our semi attached modern two bed/one bath apt is airy and bright with wooden floors throughout. Dining/living room combined with a bar height counter top giving view onto the kitchen. Our apartment has a separate entrance and its own dedicated parking space (the main house is attached but currently not occupied with on and off home renovations). Within the apartment there are ample closets, heating and air conditioning, 42" flat screen TV with cable. We have free WiFi and a telephone for local calls. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a dresser for longer stays and the 2nd bedroom has two single beds. We do have a single size roll-away bed that can be used for the 5th person that can be set up in the 2nd bedroom to make 3 single beds and most ideal for a family with 3 children. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cooking essentials plus a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave oven, electric stove and fridge with a freezer. The bathroom has a tub/shower combined. We will supply shampoo/conditioner, body soap / hand soap and a hair dryer. Bath towels are provided. Hall closets have bed linens, extra pillows, blankets and iron/Iron board. There is a lock box outside of the main door for easy access.
