Our guest house is located on 2 acres of private land in beautiful paradise Islote. The guest house is perfect for a couple, a family or a group of friends that want to experience the more local and low key beach town of Islote in Arecibo. We’re right down the street from Cueva del Indio, all types of world class waves, beaches and many amazing local seafood restaurants and bars. You’ll have the whole downstairs studio to yourself, outdoor shower, pool and bbq picnic area to enjoy grilling. The space is a unique fully renovated studio with central A/C, fully working kitchen, living room with smart tv, queen plush bed, two sleeping futons, a ping pong table, a dartboard and swinging hammocks all for your enjoyment. You will have the whole downstairs area to yourself, we do live upstairs so you might see us around the land but we will respect your privacy and space. We also have a secluded backyard area with an above ground pool, an outdoor shower and bbq picnic area to enjoy grilling outside in the beautiful weather. You’ll have access to the whole downstairs, front patio and backyard areas (pool, bbq, shower) We live right upstairs so we’re easily available if you need anything, but we’ll respect your privacy and won’t bother you unless you need us. NO PARTIES OR GET TOGETHERS PLEASE! Cueva del Indio, La Posa del Obispo, playa Caracoles, La estatuta de Colon y playa Caza y pesca are only mentioning a few out of the many things to do and see in Islote. Our place is right down the street from Cueva del Indio, which is one of the wonders in Puerto Rico. We also live right near world class surf breaks, amazing fishing, beautiful beaches, and delicious and fresh local seafood restaurant and bars. We recommend renting a car to get around Puerto Rico. We have a large driveway that can fit many cars so you can park safely at home. There is a 1/2 bathroom inside the unit and the shower is outdoors with running hot water, so we recommend bringing a pair of flip flops. If you’d like to use the grill outside, just make sure to buy some charcoal and clean it when done using. We have a few animals on the property, our dog Ocean, our two cats Lennon and Luna and our horse Chester, they are all friendly and don’t bother. Please no smoking inside, no loud music outdoors after 11, and no parties. We also have a few surfboards for rent. We rent them $15 for the whole day. We have a variety of short, long and foam boards available.
