Spacious bedroom with attached private bathroom located on the second floor of our property with private independent entrance. Our guests health is of the utmost importance to us and, for that reason we thoroughly clean and disinfect all permanent fixtures in the room. We are fully vaccinated hosts, and are very determined in providing each of our guests with a safe space during their stay. If you have any questions about the space or traveling to the island, we welcome any and all questions! Spacious bedroom with attached private, remodeled bathroom and cozy living dining space. The room is located on the second floor at the back of the upstairs property. The second floor and room are accessed through independent entrances that are completely private. It includes everything you would need for a comfortable stay. You will enter the room through a cozy living space with a dining table that can also be used as a work area, in addition to table and seating the room is equipped with a wall fan, electrical outlet, and full of natural light during the day. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a pillow top Serta mattress, air conditioning, WIFI, the latest smart tv, with included channels and access to all your favorite streaming services. We provide a modern coffee machine, that can be used with coffee grounds or Keurig cups, microwave, refrigerator with bottled water and ice. We provide for your convenience, coffee grounds, sugar, utensils, cups and mugs. You can keep everything neat and clean by using the utility sink located right outside the door which is stocked with a sponge and dish soap. We also provide a dustpan, broom, mop and bucket. The attached spacious private bathroom was recently remodeled and includes a walk-in shower, high pressure shower head. The bathroom is stocked with antibacterial hand soap, body wash, two rolls of toilet paper, towels and other necessities. If you like to sleep in, the room has light blocking, darkening curtains. Large closet to organize your personal items and have them out of the way. In the closet, you will find hangers, iron, first aid kit, sewing kit, antibacterial wipes, bug spray and extra trash bags. Being on the second floor, will allow you to enjoy the cool breeze that's constantly felt throughout the day. The space is accessed through the upstairs laundry area which is equipped with a modern and spacious washing machine We provide detergent, fabric softener and bleach, as well as a retractable clothesline, drying rack, and a utility sink with a sponge and dish soap. The room is closed off from the rest of the property, which means you will have the place all to yourself and will not have to share any of the mentioned areas. Ample free parking is available on the wide street in front of the property, you can park anywhere on the street in front of the propert, just be mindful to not block any entrances. There is no smoking allowed inside the room or living space. No pets. No parties or gatherings. If you wish to smoke you can do so in the outdoor area, at the front of the upstairs property. Please dispose of any cigarette buds properly. We expect every guest to treat our space with the same care and respect as they would they're own home. Thank you. Guests have access to the entire outdoor area of the second floor which can be used to enjoy the view of the city, fresh air and watch the nearby birds, such as parrots, that fly by all day throughout the area. Upon arrival guests can self check-in, through the independent and private entrances to the second floor and room. My husband and I live on the property below and are completely available to our guests should they require any assistance or simply wish to meet us! Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Constantly breezy and full of fresh air. The PR 2 highway is just 2 minutes away and you can find many businesses there, from barbershops to gas stations. The PR 2 highway will provide quick access to travel to Bayamón, San Juan, Carolina, downtown Guaynabo and more in just a few short minutes. Five minutes away is San Patricio Plaza mall which has great local stores, a movie theater with a bar and reclinable chairs , lots of dining options such as restaurants and fast foods. Several of these have deliveries, if you phone in, but you can also use popular apps such as door dash and uber eats most will deliver to this location. We are also really close to the only federal military installation in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, Fort Buchanan. You can hear the “Reveille” and “Retreat” play every day to signal the beginning and end of the duty day. International airport LMM (SJU) is only 14 mins away. Several beautiful beaches just a 12 to 18 mins car drive from our house. Plaza Las Américas (9 mins 🚙) La Placita de Santurce (12 mins 🚙) Any questions about the area or how to get around please don't hesitate to ask. You can get around easily from our place. The main PR 2 highway which is just 2 mins away has bus stops. You can get an Uber in just a few mins to get you around. You can also travel by train to certain locations, the closest train station is only 8 mins away by car or a 20 min walk if you wish to do so. Enterprise Rent-A-Car recently opened a few minutes away at walking distance. You can also rent scooters at certain locations and areas which is also at walking distance. The space and second floor outdoor area will be solely for the guests of this listing as the rest of the apartment is currently unoccupied.
