Luxurious bed and breakfast located near downtown Port Perry/Lake Scugog. The suite comfortably fits 2, plus one child in the same bed. Guests may bring a portacrib or single air mattress. Full breakfast served on most mornings in the Dining Room. Stocked mini-fridge for continental self serve breakfast also available. Modern decor, private Queen bedded Suite with ensuite 4 piece bathroom. Near downtown Port Perry, walk to historic downtown shops, Old Flame brewery and restaurants. Music in the park by the lake(seasonal). Local Farms to visit. Weekly Farmers Market by the lake(seasonal), Horseback riding, fishing cruises, ice fishing and snowmobiling in the winter. A/C, free wifi, free parking, Satellite 32" flat screen TV/DVD. Desk in the room. Delicious full breakfast served in the morning most days in the Dining Room. Good weather-on our second floor front deck. We have one dog-Hudson - a German Shepherd (bark is loud, but no bite!) and two cats- Sneaky and Koby. All very friendly. Nearby public transit including the GO bus. Short walk to Tim Horton's, convenience store and Snap Fitness!! Nearby pond and forests for leisurely strolls. Balcony, common Coffee area with coffee maker, microwave, private mini-fridge, table and chairs, just outside the suite, adjacent to the balcony. Hot breakfast served most days-provides an opportunity for us to get to know our guests. Very quiet neighbourhood, short walk to the forest and pond. 20 minute walk(3 min.drive) to downtown historic Port Perry and lakefront with restaurants and shopping. Durham Region Transit and GO transit very convenient to our location. $5 cab ride anywhere in Port Perry. HST is additional to the rates quoted on this site. Payable upon arrival. Weekly rates do not include breakfast. Coffee area is equipped with coffee/tea, milk, cream, sugar. Our water for the entire building is filtered and delicious.
