Beautiful Basement Unit

This is a really clean and well kept finished basement. We are an older couple and want to start getting some use out of our large home. This listing is for the basement only. My wife and I offer two free round trip shuttle rides per day during your stay within the Cheyenne metro area. Due to severe allergies and asthma we are unable to host any animals. We will provide bathroom essentials shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchenette area will have some breakfast items as well as coffee and tea with an electric kettle. There is a fridge in the unfinished portion of the basement you can access and use. There is a TV with Netflix as well as a selection of DVD's you are more than welcome to use. You will access the house through the front door. The stairs to the basement are to the right of the front door. The microwave, washer and dryer are upstairs and you are more than welcome to do a load or two if needed. You will have the entire finished basement with this rental. It includes the full private bathroom which has a bath/shower, toilet and sink, the two bedrooms and the living room/kitchenette space. My name is Rebecca I am the daughter of Jeff and Betty who you will be renting from. I live right down the street and will be helping with most things. I am available to answer any and all questions to the best of my ability. I can help with directions and recommendations of places to eat. My parents do live on the top floor so when they are there they will also be available if needed, but you will not be bothered by us! We are in a very quiet family neighborhood. There is a nice sized park within walking distance and our house is located right by the Cheyenne bike path which you can take all over town. We are not located by any city bus stops as we are on the east side of town. We are 12 min from downtown, 16 min from the Cheyenne Frontier Days fair grounds, 35 min from Vedauwoo recreation area and 45 min from Curt Gowdy State Park. Wal-Mart, King Soopers (Kroger) and Target are all about 6-14 min away. If you park in the driveway please park in the very middle so my wife and I can back out of the garage.
