Located on the tiny, unspoilt Caribbean island of Nevis, Calamansi is a modern 3-bedroomed villa with panoramic views of the Atlantic and Caribbean. It has a private pool, A/C in the bedrooms, and all windows and verandah are full fly-screened. The villa is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. The property is located in a half-acre garden, and is only a 5 minute drive away from beautiful white sandy beaches which are often deserted. It is located near Mount Nevis Hotel, on a small, quiet, private development. There are 3 bedrooms, two with queen-sized beds (with ensuite bathrooms) and 1 with twin beds (with 3rd bathroom adjoining). There is a fully equipped kitchen, a screened verandah and a barbecue. All rooms have sea and mountain views and fly-screened windows. Wireless internet and cable tv are also available. Nevis has numerous historical sites to visit, and a hot spring, as well as many plantation inns and more informal places to eat. Guests have access to the whole property apart from a lock-up cupboard in the master bedroom. Facilities include cable tv and WiFi, No amenities are shared with other properties. Smoking is not allowed in the villa, but is permitted in the verandah and on the deck. I will keep in constant contact with potential guests via email or telephone. I will not be present during the guest's stay but have a local manager who will be available to organise meet and greet, car hire if required, and provide help and advice as required. The neighbourhood is very quiet and well-maintained. We love the views and the tranquility, especially chilling in the pool with a cold beer. We have great neighbours, too. There are many taxis and local minibuses which you can hail like buses. If you hire a car, we recommend a 4WD - the main road round the island is quite reasonable but many of the other tracks are very rough. There is parking available in a car port inside the garden. Our local manager will arrange to meet guests either at the ferry/airport, or at the villa, depending on requirements. Visitors always remark on how friendly the people on Nevis are and how welcome they are made to feel.
