Villas Del Sol #6-A Playa La Ropa Beach

Ground floor condo in the deluxe, gated community, Residencias Villa del Sol. Sleeps 2 in Master Bedroom, plus 2 on double bed off living room. Plunge pool, 3-4 minutes level walk to La Ropa Beach, through the up-scale Hotel Thompson Zihuatanejo (previously Villa del Sol Hotel), SAT TV, free wifi, full kitchen, and A/C. (See our Host Profile). Condo 6-A is for a couple or small family. There is a King Bed in the Master Bedroom. There is also a double bed in a front nook and a sofa/futon bed in the Living Room, for another couple or 2-3 kids. We love our built-in full kitchen with oven, hand crafted in fine cedar wood like a ship's galley. You will have an ample patio under a palapa in front, no more than 5 meters from the large plunge pool. The condo has a large wide screen TV connected to HD Satellite programming and a DVD. You can connect your Apple TV by HDMI. The Internet connection is fast and strong, even if you are out by the pool. This fully air conditioned, ground floor condo 6-A is one of the three condos that are closest to the famous Playa la Ropa Beach in the very exclusive Residencias Villa del Sol complex. With a level walk of just 3-4 minutes, you are on the best part of concession beach, right in front of the Villa del Sol Hotel. Guests have full access to the Playa La Ropa, including the enjoyment of the Hotel Thompson Zihuatanejo Concession Beach, using the beach furniture provided to you by the Condominium and delivered to the beach at your request via our easement access through the Hotel Thompson Zihuatanejo. Simply call Residencias Villa Del Sol Administration (dial zero on your condo intercom phone) and request them to install your beach furniture for you. Don't forget to call them again, when you want to have the furniture picked up at the end of your day at the beach. Payment for this service is included in your rental. You also may enjoy meals and drinks in the Hotel Thompson Zihuatanejo restaurants and bars. The Villa del Sol Condominium property includes not only the large plunge pool 4 meters from the front patio of your Condo, but also a very large semi-Olympic lap pool only 2 minutes walk further. A large children's pool is located right next to the semi Olympic lap pool. Your rental price INCLUDES DAILY MAID SERVICES !! When we are in residence in our other condo, we are very close and can watch over your needs. Otherwise, your needs will be served immediately by our local representative, Isabel Pais. The location is very close walking distance to the many marvelous restaurants and bars on the Playa la Ropa. Downtown Zihuatanejo is an 8 minute taxi ride and offers handicraft shops till you drop and many excellent restaurants. You can take taxi to wherever you wish, since Zihuatanejo is a small world afterall. For a change of scenery, you can take a taxi to Ixtapa, about 10 minutes from Zihua. Also, we recommend that you take a boat-taxi to Playa Las Gatas and enjoy a day there. The trip can be arranged right in the beach in front of the Hotel Thompson Zihuatanejo, or you can go to the Main Pier (Muelle) and take a panga from there. There is much to see and do, but we always come back to the marvelous best beach that is Playa la Ropa! You have your personal parking place identified as “6-A” in the Parking Lot at Residencias Villa del Sol. At the entrance gate of RVS, you can catch taxis, or the cheaper taxi vans. These can take you to the sights in Zihuatanejo, the Ixtapa strip or even north of Ixtapa to the Crocodile Park and the taxi boats to Ixtapa Island. We would prefer a minimum stay of at least 3 (THREE) nights. Discounts are available for stays of 7 nights, or more. Special rates for extended periods can be considered, pending availability. You may smoke only outside the condo on the patio or on the surrounding open areas. Smoking is absolutely not permitted within the condo at any time.
