Access to second bathroom with shower and full kitchen (both shared with hosts) on request. Owners present on site to answer questions. Middle of the wine belt, can hike/bike/drive to many wineries. Bruce Trail and Conservation areas nearby for hiking. Close to Ball's Falls (Thanksgiving Festival), and Short Hills Provincial Park for hiking/biking. Vineland Thanksgiving Artfest in walking distance. 45 minutes to Hamilton, 30 minutes Niagara Falls Canada. Fresh fruit available from local farmers in abundance in the summer season. Bike lanes on main road. Local bus for minimal fee (Ulinc) connects to GO bus. Uber available in the area. Parking available in driveway of home. Free parking in parking lane also available across the street. Rabbit and dog in residence, but have no access to suite.
