Villa Almendro is a newly renovated beautiful beach front villa located in one of the best private beach communities in Puerto Rico. It has a magnificent ocean view for you to disconnect, unwind and relax. Its beachfront location provides direct access to a secluded sandy beach that provides swimming, snorkeling and water sport opportunities. It is also steps away from the community's delightful pool. Villa Almendro's four bedroom, three bathroom layout comfortably sleeps 12 adults. Villa Almendro is a two story spacious and comfortable house with an open concept layout where the newly renovated kitchen connects with a dining room, living room, a small patio terrace and a charming ocean view terrace. The dining room comfortably sits eight, while the walk around island in the kitchen sits four additional adults. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove top and oven, and has all the necessary utensils and tableware for an extended stay. The kitchen has a convenient adjoining wet bar that includes two beverage refrigerators. The pleasant living room, with a new 65 inch flat screen TV with Apps (Netflix, Disney Plus and Apple TV) and terrace accommodate 8-10 additional guests. The master bedroom has a king bed, a private balcony, a private bathroom, walk-in closet and a flat screen TV. The second and third bedrooms have 2 full beds each and the fourth bedroom, laid out as a family room with a flat screen TV, has 2 twin beds. The house also features a power generator, WIFI, WIFI speakers and an ample laundry with both washer and dryer. The house has a small patio. It also has a terrace with a spectacular ocean view, seating area, chaise lounges and a BBQ. Villa Almendro is also equipped with a gas fire pit for a relaxing night under the stars or for a fun night with the children while roasting smores! The house also includes 2 Adirondack chairs under the Almendro tree from where you can enjoy the stellar view, drink your morning coffee and watch breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. For the complete enjoyment of your family, Villa Almendro provides beach chairs, beach towels, an adult and a children's kayak, a paddle board, boogie boards, beach cooler, floaters, tennis rackets, bikes and skateboards for children. The villa also has plenty of board games. We want our guests to feel at home while visiting our villa. Villa Almendro is outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We will also provide the basic disposable amenities to get your vacation to a wonderful start including liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner for the bathrooms, an initial supply of kitchen garbage bags, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, 1 dish sponge and a reasonable amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It will be your responsibility to review what is provided by the property and stock it with whatever else you may need during your stay.
