Nestled in between Halifax and Chester, Palmer Cottage is uniquely situated to take advantage of numerous local attractions - all within a short drive. Several beaches are located within minutes of Palmer Cottage, including Queensland Beach, Cleveland Beach and our very own Cowlow Cove beach - only a minute's walk from the cottage! Local amenities are only 10 minutes away! Palmer Cottage is a cozy little space for a small family, a couple, or just a small group of friends. We are uniquely situated between Halifax and Chester so there's plenty of spaces to explore, beaches to walk, or just sit back and enjoy the silence. The entire living area of the house is accessible to our guests. We will endeavour to do everything we can for our guests. We're happy to provide our recommendations on where to eat, where to go, the interesting spots - feel free to ask! Boutilliers Point is a quiet locale, which is approximately a 30 minute drive to downtown Halifax. This is why we're here - we can have a rural setting but still remain close enough to the city. Public transport isn't an option with Palmer Cottage but we do provide parking for two vehicles. The smoking and vaping of tobacco and/or cannabis products are not permitted within Palmer Cottage. Please feel free to do so on the deck or on the property. We do not accept pets.
