This studio is at the first floor, at the back of our home. We are only one block from the Beach in Ocean Park, the block right behind ours. Airport is 15 minutes away. This is a family home, nice neighbors. The beach offers the opportunity for the enjoyment of water sports, kite surfing, surfing, tennis courts, etc. an relaxation under the palm trees too.
