Luscar Apartment

Cozy apartment at downtown Cabo Rojo. 2 rooms with a/c, living-dinning room, kitchen fully equipped, bathroom with shower, Smart TV, Wifi, balcony, and an outside terrace shared with other apartments. Hot Water in the shower only. Washer and dryer shared. "Self check in" is not available. Colonial type building. My space is located in the center, it is cozy, simple, comfortable, clean and with separate areas such as balcony and terrace. Great for a two-day stay or more. Walking distance to "La Plaza" (public square), restaurants, cafes, cinemas and more. 15-30 minutes from the best beaches in the western part of Puerto Rico. The entrance to the building, the stairs, the hall, the area where the washer, dryer, pool, and the outside terrace are communal, that is, shared with guests from other apartments. I like that the guests feel comfortable. As much as possible I will be available for any need where I can help and offer suggestions. It is a busy main street, considerable noise is frequent. Cabo Rojo is considered one of the quietest municipalities in Puerto Rico. Its people are friendly and warm. Within walking distance of the apartment, you can reach the renovated city cinema, churches, coin machines, shops, local food restaurants, and fast food. Also, in "La Plaza" you will enjoy native sweets, music, cultural activities, and much more. Parking is on the street-free. In the area, you can request a public car, Taxi, or Uber. You can walk to the post office, La Plaza, churches, restaurants, ice cream parlors, etc. It is a two-level building. The apartment is located on the second level. The use of stairs is required since there are no elevators. It is not recommended for people of advanced age and/or who have health conditions that going up and/or down is not favorable. Next to the building is a bar where karaoke is played weekends so there may be some noise at night.
