Welcome to Phoenicia! Our home is located about 3/4 mile from downtown Phoenicia, on 3 secluded acres on the side of Mount Tremper. A relaxing, comfortable and clean getaway! About 2,300 SF of comfortable living area. Two large decks with great views! 2 Woodstoves, a 6 person hot tub, large well-equipped kitchen along with both a charcoal and propane grill. There's a pack n' play and a high chair for those with young children and a pool table/ping pong table to keep everyone entertained. Quaint downtown Phoenicia with delightful restaurants and markets easily walkable. Great skiing at Belleayre and Hunter Mountain which are both about 20 minutes away. Excellent hiking at the Tanbark Trail which loops on the mountainside above the house. Woodstock is a short 20 minute drive as well where you can find amazing restaurants, elegant galleries and cute shops. Trailways bus stops about a 10-15 minute walk from the house and Amtrak stops at Rhinecliff which is about a 40 minute drive. A car is highly recommended.
