Located very close to the Airport. This is the place for you or even a quiet weekend getaway❤💙It boasts ideally efficient spaces. With all the amenities of home, guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen which has cooking essentials. Pls note: A Govt. Room Tax of 13% is included in the nightly rate One can easily feel at home in this lovely well situated unit, being reallyclose to one of Cayman's best beaches. This is your home away from home. Guests have full access to deck, pool and gardens. it has most amenities so guests can prepare their own meals in the kitchen which has cooking essentials. Pls note: A Govt. Room Tax of 13% will be included in the nightly rate Prime location for the beaches, restaurants, shopping and airport etc. Smith's Barcadere, our neighborhood beach is just a 5 mins walk. 7-Mile Beach is just 10 mins by car Separate private entrance Lower deck clothelines at back are to hang beach towels, dive suits and laundry. A large table and chairs on the Lower covered patio is for guests to use at will. A laundry room at the rear of building is directly behind the unit. The host is in close proximity to the guest suite at times, and is reachable by Phone/ (Hidden by Airbnb) /Airbnb msgs or simply ring doorbell, bearing in mind the host could be upstairs or out if not answered promptly, also If host is out of Wifi Zone, phone msgs will be delayed.. This unit is located in South Sound which is one of the safest, quiet and unique residential area to stay on Grand Cayman. It is much sought after by vacationers, developers , property buyers and house hunters alike. The most economical way to travel around the island is to rent a car...Simple! Taxi service is easily available from here by calling 15 mins in advance. Buses are privately owned and run nearby on Walkers Rd by the Rubis gas/petrol station. I was told by guests, the #4 & #8 runs through there but their reliability, availabilty and times, I'm not aware of. Buses are mostly accessible at the main depot by the public library in central George Town to take you to other districts around the island. Most amenties in this area are within easy walking distances, but to truly see all of the island, guests should consider Car Rental. Upon arrival at airport if coming by taxi, it is important to give the dispatcher and taxi driver the full address in the "DIRECTIONS" section and NOT SEABREEZE as it can easily be mistaken for another one much further away. The apt suite is less than 10 mins from the airport in good traffic. If taxi is shared, and driver has to take the other party to 7-Mile Beach area, ask to be taken here first, which is closer so as not to be taken further and charged extra. There is a Foster's Supermarket very close to the airport for those who want to pick up groceries on the way here.
