This delightful garden studio apartment is centrally located in Smith's Parish overlooking Harrington Sound, in a quiet area very close to Flatt's Village and The Aquarium, Museum and Zoo. The studio is 350sq.ft, fully fitted with all you will need for a relaxing vacation. The interior includes a queen size bed and combined living area, with flat screen cable TV and free WIFI, large closet and modern shower bath. All bed linens and towels are provided. The kitchen area is fully stocked with tea, coffee and basic condiments and we will be happy to shop for you before your arrival, upon request. The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Occasional use of shared laundry facilities is available upon request. There is a separate private entrance to the studio that includes a pergola-covered patio with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are chaises to relax in the beautiful garden and it is only a short walk down to a private dock for swimming in Harrington Sound. This studio is located just off Harrington Sound Road where there are convenient bus stops to take you to Hamilton (15mins) and St. George's (25mins). Flatt's Village is only a 5 minute walk where there are several restaurants, including Rustico and the AZU cafe at The Aquarium. We look forward to welcome you to our beautiful home.
