Comprised of three spacious floors, a wonderful furnished deck, and a fabulous location close to a golf course, there will be no lack of room both inside and out at this retreat! After a full day of skiing or hiking, the whole gang will have definitely built up an appetite, so head into the full kitchen and take advantage of the modern appliances and ample utensils to whip up tasty meals with ease. The second level of the home will be ideal for entertaining, as it features a gas fireplace centerpiece, the dining room, tall ceilings, a mounted flatscreen TV, plenty of seating for movie nights, and access to the deck. When it is time to hit the hay, the main floor is home to one bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The kids will love hanging out downstairs, as there is a fun bunk room and a game room with a Ping-Pong table and a flatscreen TV. Head upstairs and you will find the loft area complete with a Peloton bike! Things to Know Dog-friendly If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: 1 spot on side of the home and 2 in front of the home. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
