Please also note that the useof face masks is mandatory on the island and we have a curfew in place from 10pm to 5am every night. Located in a gated resort-style community in the east coast, this 3bedroom/2bath unit sleeps six adults or four adults with four children. There is A/C throughout the unit for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to the entire unit as well as gym, pools, basketball and tennis courts. The unit is close to marinas, beaches, rainforest, nature reserves, golfing, restaurants and shopping. This is a walk-down unit located one flight of stairs below ground/parking level. The unit is open-concept with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room-dining room that opens up to a covered patio. The Master Suite has a queen-sized bed and a newly-renovated private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has a full-sized bunk bed. The second and third bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. The unit sleeps six adults or four adults with four children. There are lots of great options for eating out nearby, but if you decide to stay home, the kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, and all the utensils you will need. There is a well-stocked supermarket close by. Guests can access the entire unit, along with gym, basketball and tennis courts, pool (with key provided by owner). We live about 50 minutes away from the property but we are available by phone (call, text or (Hidden by Airbnb) ) to help guests out during their stay. Great burgers and wings too! The apartment is close to everything you need to spend an unforgettable beach vacation. We are close to gorgeous beaches such as Los Machos Beach (Ceiba), Medio Mundo Beach (Ceiba), Bahía Las Cabezas (Fajardo), Seven Seas (Fajardo), Luquillo Beach (Luquillo), as well as the islands of Icacos, Palominos, Vieques, and Culebra. Icacos and Palomino are accessible by private boat charter or day trips which can be reserved from Marina Puerto del Rey (Website hidden by Airbnb) Vieques and Culebra can be accessed by either private charters or day trips or by public ferry. There are lots of options for kayaking, snorkeling, diving, paddle boarding, surfing and deep sea fishing. The rainforest (El Yunque) with its hiking trails, rivers and waterfalls is about 20 minutes away. Three nature reserves are located within 30 minutes - Cabezas de San Juan, Medio Mundo/Dagao, and Punta Santiago Natural Reserve in Humacao. Further away, there is plenty of shopping in The Outlet 66 Mall (Canóvanas), Plaza las Americas (San Juan), Mall of San Juan (San Juan), Plaza Carolina (Carolina). The best way to get around the whole island is by renting a car. This will allow you greater flexibility in getting to all the attractions that the east coast of Puerto Rico has to offer.
