2018 Built, 3 Room with Private Bathrooms, AC, Modern and Stylish Apartment with Beach Front to Playa Los Minos, near the Octopus Monument, Central Park and Gri Gri Lagoon and two other nice beaches at walking distance Playa de los Guardias and Playa Los Muertos. Apartment located on the third floor, has three bedrooms and is a two story suite, with the last floor being kind of a penthouse, with rooftop access and view. Each room has its own Air Conditioner 12,000 BTU unit and the living room and kitchen has another 18,000 BTU unit as well. Guest will have access to all amenities in the apartment, and two parking spaces within the building. There is an Apartment manager who will be available at all times for whatever you might need during your stay, and we are available through phone call or text as well. The apartment is located at a very close walking distance from the beach, which is probably the closest one located within the town. It is a modern apartment recently build, and has most amenities that will make you feel on a very relaxed vacation. Restaurants, bars, stores are close at walking distance. We are highly concerned with the COVID19 pandemic, that is why we are taking extra measures to comply with all the cleaning suggestions from Airbnb and go the extra mile so your stay is comfortable and secure.
