Our beach villa comfortably sleeps six and can sleep more - beds consist of one king bed and two full/double beds. Guest will have the 1st floor residence to themselves with private covered lower patio. The pool and yard are shared with the 2nd floor villa. Owners are available 24/7, just give us a call or text. Caretaker available for any maintenance needs, just call us. Located within 30-60 minutes of most outdoor activities, ie.. San Juan, El Yunque, Bio Bay, Snorkeling, Airport, Mountains and much more. Market, gas and pharmacy within 5 minutes. Home is located in a small Puerto Rican ocean front neighborhood near the end of a small road easily accessed from Rte 901. The neighbors are very friendly and will not bother you. The yard is completely gated on all four sides for privacy and security. The exterior grounds have surveillance cameras installed and monitored through ADT for your security. Neighbors are sensitive to loud music and parties which are prohibited on this property. This is a family neighbor and not a resort. Rental car / vehicle is needed to get around. There is a bar with food in walking distance (1 block to Rte 901). There is a food cart within 1 block. And of course the beach is right out your back door. All other areas require a vehicle. Parking available for 2 cars. If additional parking needed, contact owner prior to check-in. We have a limit to number of guests allowed. We do not allow events but will allow small gatherings upon written approval and ONLY WHEN you rent both villas. Please contact us for more info. Extra guests are not allowed during the covid-19 pandemic. This is a family neighborhood with a 10 PM noise ordinance.
