If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay, this apartment is the perfect option for you. It is located at the residential zone of San Felipe del Agua, It is fully furnished, all services included, beautiful green areas and terrace. All walking distance places: Pitico (small super market), organic products store, sushi, pizza, tacos, Chinese food, cheese store, agua que canta (vegan/vegetarian), Oxxo (mini super market), Marco Polo (sea food place), pan am (breakfast place “a must”), gym, language school, yoga studio, laundry and veterinary. Public transportation available on the street across the house. Cleaning is made once a week free of charge. You have your own private terrace in front of the apartment where you can work, enjoy a cup of coffee, read a book, etc. You can also use the sitting space that is at the entrance. I’m always available through Airbnb message app, (Hidden by Airbnb) or email. My parents are in the property, so they are able to help whenever it is needed.
