Waterfront on lake koocanusa in the mountains

It’s in the Rocky Mountains it’s on the water at lake koocanusa. The water level Varys sometimes looks like a lake sometimes looks like a big river but can always get the boat to the bigger part of the lake,beautiful quiet place. Great for all out door activities.boating, kayaking,quading,skiing,hiking etc. A holding/damage deposit is required of 400$. Half hour from fernie and Kimberly ski resorts. Need to drop the garage in the bin in wardner or roadside turn off hwy garage bin when they leave and turn the heat down to minimum.
