Exuma Point Beach Resort is located in Rolleville, at the Northeastern point. Surrounded by pristine white sand beaches, the resort is a perfect place to un-plug from everyday life. The resort is a 30 minute Kayak ride away (or better yet, a boat ride excursion with Elvis, the owner) from the swimming pigs and the famous blue hole! Located approximately 30 minutes from the local airport, guests staying at Exuma Point Beach Resort should seriously consider renting a car to have access to the rest of the island. In addition, we suggest stopping at the grocery store in Georgetown to pick up bottled water and snacks for your hotel room. Reminder: the restaurant is only open for lunch and early dinner, however, breakfast is available by request. Taxis are expensive on the island but available if you choose not to rent a car. Remember, we drive on the left side of the road here. Don't let that scare you - it's very easy to pick up! Disclaimer: We are located in a developing nation on a (somewhat) remote island. Although we are proud of the amenities and comfort we offer in Exuma please be aware that sometimes things do malfunction. We will do our very best to address and/or fix any issue that arises in a timely fashion however we feel it is important to advise you ahead of time that there may sometimes be inconveniences (i.e. interruptions in wifi service or cable tv). We are not able to offer a first world city experience. Having said that... the stunning beauty of our location should soothe away all concerns!! We do provide all your linens, towels and beach towels. We have lounge chairs available on the beach as well as FREE kayak/SUP rentals. Remember your sun screen and bug spray! Sand flies can be a nuisance in the early evenings down by the beach. Coconut Oil or Baby Oil work wonders to keep them away!
