Our home is located at 15562 Cabot Trail, on the spectacular Cabot Trail with a glorious view of the ocean. Located just across the street from the ocean, barely a stones throw away, you can smell the salt water and feel the ocean breeze on your face as you sip your morning coffee while watching the lobster boats haul their traps just off shore. The views are particularly striking at sunset when the light shimmers gold on the water. Look behind you and all you see are miles and miles of mountains. Our home-town truly is a magical place. Our house is almost a century old, newly renovated, it has three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, a large kitchen, dining room and living room on the first floor, with a glorious ocean view, as well as a full laundry room and mud room (yet to be renovated). Decks on both front (ocean view) and back of the house (mountains and afternoon shade). It is also equipped with appliances, including washer and dryer, flat screen TV, and all the necessities of home. We are just a short walk to town (5 minutes), Le Portage golf course is practically in our back yard, and Cape Breton Highlands National Park is a 5 minute drive.
