Can be booked as a private 1 (cheaper) or 3 bedroom as well, or 4 bedroom Only 3 min from Walmart, Costco, many restaurants, Tim's, Starbucks, A&W, Subway, Opa, KFC, Pizza, Edo, gas stations, car wash, grocery stores. Easy access to all highways. 10 min from downtown & Collicutt Rec Centre, & Arena. Close to almost everything. We look forward to hosting your amazing time in Red Deer! When anyone rents 1 bedroom (or all 3) , they have the whole apartment. Very large. (We just lock the unused rooms). We clean everything very carefully between guests so everyone is safe. We grew up on a farm and love living on an acreage. We love the peaceful life of an acreage, we hope you will too. Fully furnished and clean. Underfloor heating, so cozy in the winter. Cool and refreshing in the summer. There is a train track nearby. We are used to it, but some guests find the train whistle loud. Guests have full access to Living room, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. This house can be rented as a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom, never shared with another party. We are more than happy to answer questions to help make your stay great. We can communicate in most ways available, including phone, text, email, (Hidden by Airbnb) , zoom and other ways. Some quests prefer to be left alone. If you are wanting more interaction or friendship, we would love to do that as well. If we are available. Just outside of town, so it is quiet. Close to town, so Westerner, malls, shopping are just 5 minutes away. Public transportation (city bus) is 1 block away. Highway 2A (Red Deer to Penhold is very close) QE2 4 lane highway between Calgary and Edmonton is also close and easy. There is a public park approximately 1 mile away ( (Website hidden by Airbnb) and another park 3 miles away. Adequate parking on site. We are 5 minutes away from Westerner, South Red Deer. 10 minutes from Collicut Centre. Public transportation (city bus) is 1 block away. Red Deer’s city is known for its sporting events and warm hospitality and boats over 100km of multi use recreation trails. Relax and enjoy!! Huge 5 acre yard to run and play. Living on a quiet acreage is so enjoyable. We would rather not accept requests for parties. Example weddings. Ten guests maximum please. Yes a tent is allowed. There is a fire pit, but you need to bring your own wood.We have purchased some firewood $15 a good sized bundle. Cheaper than around town that we can find. There are some places like Canadian Tire and some gas stations that sell bundles of firewood. Please let us know.
