BEDROOM, LIVING AREA & BATHROOM IN LOWER LEVEL

Experience comfort in the lower level of my townhouse just steps away from a walking path and water. A spacious bedroom features (1) Queen Bed, Chest of Drawers and Small Closet. The cozy living area has a Love Seat, Chair, Sofa and Large Screen TV with Shaw and wifi. The Bathroom is spacious with a full size Soaker Tub to relax and a Stand-Up Shower. I have 2 mattresses that can be placed on the floor if needed. There is a small bar fridge as well. I live in an end unit townhouse that backs on to the canals. I have a double car attached garage and space in front of the garage door to park your vehicle. Access is restricted to the lower level unless agreed upon prior to arrival. My guests will have full privacy during their stay. I'm always available to my guests. In the event I am not home I will be available by cell phone to communicate. Your stay will be in a quiet area. A walking path is just steps away from your doorstep. If you stay during the right time of year the geese and ducks are just metres away in the canal.
