Oceanview Villa with private pool and terrace

Located mountainside with precious views of the Bay of Samana. Located in the beautiful Puerto Bahia complex complete with hotel, marina, tennis courts, etc. Guests can use the whole house and all the amenities of the complex including pools, tennis courts, trails, etc. Guests have complete use of the villa and common areas. I wont be around but you will have my number. There is also an employee in the villa during office hours to answer any question and a full office in the complex. Cafe del Mar restaurant, Samana town, beaches, restaurants, park, marina, dock. Inside the complex it is easy to walk around. To leave the complex you need a car or a watertaxi.
