We are close to everything in just about any direction. The Mall at Johnson City is 5 miles south on SR 36. We have bicycling trails, great roads for motorcycle riding. Lots of history, Tennessee's Oldest town is only 5 miles away. Boone Lake is basically all around us in several different directions. The best way get around is by car or motorcycle.
