The Villa has facilities for kitchen utensils, towels and bedding. It has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, microwave, bathroom, laundry, balcony, wiffi, air conditioning. It is located on the 2nd floor, access is by stairs. Up to 6 guests are allowed. Pets and parties are not allowed. Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea in Paraiso de Mar Chiquita During the stay you can contact by phone or message. Come and enjoy our beautiful beaches in a quiet and familiar environment. We have access to Restaurants, Pizza delivery, Bakeries, Supermarkets, Cinema, Outlets, etc. During the stay the car rental is recommended for your convenience. They can do it from the airport or in the locality of their preference. TRAVELERS COVID TESTING: On June 30th, the governor of Puerto Rico announced that all travelers to Puerto Rico require a negative COVID-19 test result at arrival or will have to take a COVID-19 at the airport. Anyone with a positive test result will have to stay at their rented property for a minimum of 14 days. The test result has to be from no more than 72 hours prior to arrival. SECURITY GUIDELINES: Please, make sure to bring masks for your stay. You will need a mask to access any store or public area. We are making sure our cleaning procedures include the best practices in response to COVID-19. We are disinfecting all areas of the property after running deep cleaning service. We're using standard disinfectant products on all surfaces and we are providing a 24 hour gap between check outs and check in.
