This house was built in 1912 and this 1730 sq/ft home was completely renovated. Tried to keep what was there original but changed up kitchen and bathrooms to a little more modern. I’ve had many compliments. It’s enjoyable to sit on the front covered porch and watch several deer that wander the area. This property is 2 blocks from hospital. This residence is done up in a wildlife theme with many pictures and European Deer mounts. Hopefully people will enjoy. All bedrooms and main bathroom are on the 2nd level. There’s a half bath on the main floor. This property is 2 blocks from hospital, 3 blocks from highway #3 and #1. Close to downtown. The house is pretty much central and 10 minutes to anywhere in town. We have front and rear entrance to the home. We are very sociable people but respect your privacy. We are available to help with any needs or problems. We want you to have an enjoyable stay while your here so so don’t hesitate to ask. We have electronic door locks so press code and let yourself in. We have a nest doorbell for easy contact and added security for our customers. The neighbourhood is quiet in this area. A 2 block walk to the hospital. The new Ronald McDonald house is on the same street as well if there’s extended family needing to stay close. It’s an easy town to drive in. If you need a bus, the stop is half a block and if you need a cab, there’s a few to choose from. We also have 24/7 that will pick you and your vehicle up and take you home. Door code to come and go as you please.
