Perfect getaway--giant theater

Our place comes with great views, close to ski resorts (20 min from Snowbird, 25 from Alta, 40 from Brighton and Park City), downtown Salt Lake City, Silicon Slopes, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love our place because of the quiet neighborhood, the light, the outdoor space, giant movie screen and the comfy bed. This getaway is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The entire second floor is the apartment, with beautiful views, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, convection oven, two-burner hot plate, dishwasher, home theater system, full bath and sleeping for 5-6. The ground floor of this building is a huge gym that my husband uses for his business as a corporate trainer. We have almost an acre lot, with room to run, an in-ground trampoline and zip line that children love! There is plenty of parking available. If you’d like to schedule a personal fitness or mobility training session with my husband, just let us know when you book your stay or when you arrive. We require parental supervision for all parts of the property and will not be liable for any injuries incurred—use at your own risk :). We are happy to interact as much or as little as would help your stay be as enjoyable as possible! We would love to help you find the activities and places of interest that would make your time in Utah unforgettable. We live in a quiet, suburban neighborhood, close to parks, churches, the county library, grocery stores, restaurants, retail and outlet shopping, hiking and biking trails, ski resorts, movie theaters, museums, the aquarium, Thanksgiving Point, and public transportation (TRAX). There is a large area for parking at the end of the driveway, in front of the guesthouse. We are also only a 5-10 min walk from the TRAX train station which runs from the airport/downtown Salt Lake to Draper.
