Also includes; wifi, parking for two cars, a big yard for picnics w/picnic table, baby chair & "pack-n-play" crib. Fantastic area for hiking, mountain biking, golf, paddling, hot springs etc. We live in the house attached to the suite and are generally around if there are any issues or questions. Though we may not be home all the time for our guests. Located off Swansea Road on the East side of Windermere Lake is the residential area where we are located. Primarily local families reside here in single homes and townhomes. It is forested, quiet and has nice views to the south of the Rockies and Mt Swansea to the east. Easy to get back to Invermere townsite and just 4 min from grocery stores, liquor store, brew pub, restaurants etc. Free parking is available for two vehicles. You can drive or bicycle easily back to Invermere townsite or down the street to either gas station or across the highway to the lake.
